Florida State Licensed Massage Therapist
Specialist in Pain Relief and Mobility

Hello!
I’m Lilian Thaler Rix, a Florida State Licensed Massage Therapist with a deep passion for helping people feel better, move better, and live without pain. I was born and raised in Brazil and became licensed in Florida in 2012 after graduating from Everest University in Pompano Beach.
All About Me
Over the years, I’ve developed a holistic, results-driven approach to bodywork that goes far beyond simple relaxation. I blend a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs, including:

Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Massage, Assisted Stretching, Organic Essential Oils

I specialize in working with clients experiencing chronic pain, especially conditions like fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica, and lower back pain. I’ve also had the privilege of helping many individuals with hip joint degeneration and loss of cartilage, where consistent, targeted massage has supported real improvements in mobility, reduced discomfort, and better quality of life.
I see my role as more than just providing temporary relief. My focus is on reducing physical pain, improving posture and balance, and stimulating circulation and the lymphatic system—all through thoughtful, skilled manipulation of soft tissue.
Each treatment is tailored to your needs—whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or working toward better mobility and function. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body and take control of your health—one session at a time.

My philosophy is simple:

“If we are creating ourselves all the time, then it is never too late to begin creating the bodies we want instead of the ones we mistakenly assume we are stuck with.”

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outside in my yard, caring for my plants, or getting hands-on with home projects. I also love cooking healthy meals, staying active, and constantly looking for new ways to feel my best—both physically and mentally. Most of all, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our pets, who bring so much joy to my life.
If you’re ready for massage therapy that focuses on healing, movement, and long-term well-being, I’d love to support you on your journey.
